Ambari and Impala breweries undertook a marketing study and found a large gap with an enormous potential for Indian Lager brewed in India. With this view in mind the marketing consultant’s of the companies traveled the globe to find out what the end user really needs and identify the various tastes worldwide. This exercise concluded that with the advent of the growth in the authentic Indian food market worldwide, the customer also wanted the taste of Indian Lager to enjoy.
Indian food until recently was considered to be the choice of those who enjoyed highly spicy foods. This is not the case now. The increase in Indian Restaurants is a good indicator of the need for not only good Indian food, but also the authentic brew. This is where Ambari comes good and fits in as a perfect compliment to Indian food. Ambari is brewed in India and not under license in the UK or anywhere else for that matter.
Ambari is a Royal carriage and will remain so.
